The nature of Blue Oyster's work and its core competencies in assessment and coaching means that we make extensive use of psychometric instruments and tools. They are used widely in assessment for selection and assessment for development centre processes. They are also widely used in our coaching and team interventions. The instruments focus on key areas of: personality traits and personality type, motivation, conflict, relationships, innovation and emotional intelligence. It is the key instrument used in assessment for high risk, business critical roles. 15FQ TM The 15FQ+® measures the same personality factors discovered by Cattell and colleagues over 50 years ago with higher reliability and validity than has to date been possible. The original 15 FQ was developed as an effective alternative to the popular 16PF. It is used primarily for selection but can also be used in Individual Development & Coaching. Inventory. An in depth and highly reliable personality trait based questionnaire
used in both selection, individual development and 1-1 coaching. Ie ® Individual Effectiveness. A world leading, extremely high quality 2nd generation Emotional Intelligence instrument. It is used in 1-1 coaching, individual development and relationships management. Te ® Team Effectiveness. A unique and highly effective 2nd generation Emotional Intelligence instrument with a specific application in team development and team building. The ABLE Series is a set of ability tests that measure
ability in a number of areas, including Business Decision Analysis, Commercial
